Visiting Family

We were  home for a week getting things ready for our mission.  I have been weeding, mulching, and cutting grass.  We are pretty exhausted getting all our chores done and our reservations made.  We will be visiting our daughter and family in Chicago for a week while we baby sit our grand daughter Savannah who will have her birthday on May 4.  Then we will be off to Washington DC to visit our daughter Barbara before returning to home. 

Welcome

We  are celebrating Easter with our grand kids in Arkansas and will be returning tomorrow to prepare for departure on our mission.

We are scheduled to arrive at the Mission Training Center (MTC) on May 30 where we will be for two weeks.  We will be training as an office couple supporting the missionaries in the field in the Johannesburg South Africa Mission.   We are scheduled to fly out on June 15 to South Africa.
